1. Using the service
By using PickACard.TV, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit content.
You must be legally able to use the service where you live. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, use the service only with that permission. Do not use the platform to evade age, licensing, consumer-protection, or professional-practice rules.
2. Account and identity
- Use an email address you are authorized to access and keep one-time codes and signed-in devices private.
- Do not impersonate a person or organization, create deceptive affiliations, or bypass a block, suspension, rate limit, or moderation control.
- Profile verification confirms reviewed identity or channel evidence only. It does not certify spiritual accuracy, professional licensure, safety, or product quality.
3. Readings, astrology, and spiritual content
Readings and astrology outputs are interpretive tools. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. No card, chart, reader, credential, score, or platform label guarantees an outcome, predicts certainty, diagnoses a condition, or proves supernatural ability.
Do not use the service as a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency help. Contact a qualified professional or local emergency service when appropriate.
4. Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you create. You give PickACard.TV a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate the feature and visibility you chose, moderate the service, and maintain reasonable backups or audit records.
Only upload or submit material you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for rights, consent, accuracy of factual listing details, image permissions, and the audience selected. Removing content ends prospective public display, subject to moderation records, other members’ independent content, technical recovery windows, and lawful retention.
5. Community safety and moderation
Follow the Community Guidelines. PickACard.TV may hold, limit, reject, remove, or preserve evidence of content or accounts when reasonably needed for safety, rights complaints, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or legal obligations. Moderation is human-reviewed where the product says it is; automated checks can place content into review but do not establish spiritual truth.
6. Marketplace status
The current marketplace is an application, storefront-preparation, moderation, and public catalog system. Checkout, payment collection, refunds, seller payouts, tax calculation, and shipment enforcement are not active. A displayed price or approved listing is not a completed order, charge, escrow, endorsement, or promise that the item is available.
Seller Terms v1.0 govern catalog applications. A planned 15% platform fee is disclosed for future completed sales, but no platform commission is charged in this release. New transactional terms and clear checkout disclosures must be active before money can be collected.
7. External sources and service availability
Videos, event records, articles, creator links, and organizer pages can lead to independent services. A link, source citation, moderation approval, or directory listing is not an endorsement. Verify dates, prices, access, safety, credentials, and cancellation rules with the official source.
Features may change, pause, or fail. PickACard.TV does not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific audience, income, ranking, credential outcome, game reward, or permanent preservation of content. Do not use the service as the only copy of important material.
8. Ending use and policy changes
You may stop using the service, sign out, export data, or use the account-deletion control. PickACard.TV may restrict access needed to protect the service or enforce these rules. Current retention behavior is explained separately on the Data Retention & Deletion page.
A material change receives a new version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply to later use; seller terms may require a separate acceptance before future commerce features are enabled.
