Publishing plan · America/New_York

Different content. The right rhythm.

Every day · 06:00 Eastern

Events & organizer changes

Check official organizer sources, discover new dated listings, review changed or canceled events, and triage missing-event submissions. Past dates leave upcoming views automatically.

Daily rotation + live feeds on request

Reading Stream

Pull selected creators' official feeds, preserve publication dates, prioritize current material and show a reviewed fallback if a source fails.

Twice weekly · Tuesday and Friday

News & culture

Review museums, organizers, astronomy references and original learning sources. Distinguish news from evergreen guides and past-event coverage.

Friday · 05:00 Eastern

Weekly editorial edition

Publish a substantive original guide, refresh seasonal reading prompts and review the homepage mix before the weekend.

With every editorial release

Languages & discovery

Update translated guides, reciprocal language links, RSS feeds, public directory and sitemap last-modified dates for meaningful changes.

On submission + daily review

Community & vendors

Members can post immediately within existing permissions. Event and catalog submissions enter human review; moderation never exposes private journals.

Every release + monthly audit

App & accessibility

Keep app, manifest and service-worker versions in sync. Check install/update notices, keyboard navigation, small screens and reduced-motion behavior.

The weekly timing is a starting hypothesis ahead of weekend browsing. Actual audience activity should guide adjustments. Search engines choose when to crawl and index; a sitemap cannot guarantee inclusion or a deadline.

Source standards that travel with the content.

Every event needs an organizer URL, dates, a place or online format, and a last-checked date. Missing details stay missing until verified. Source failures retain the previous reviewed version; a new rotation never changes an item's publication date. Coverage is curated, not a claim to every event worldwide.
