A simple practice for reflecting on the week without turning uncertainty into a prediction.
1. Name the question
Write one open question about something you can influence. Try: What deserves my attention this week? You can leave a reading at any point.
2. Draw, notice, connect
Draw three cards for what is present, what needs care and one possible response. Describe the images before consulting meanings. Treat the interpretation as a prompt to think, not a statement of fact.
3. Choose one real action
Record one small action you can take, then revisit your note next week. Look at what actually happened and what changed. Keep the note private unless you deliberately choose to share it.
